Генеральный директор вьетнамского поисковика Coc Coc Виктор Лавренко сообщил "Роем!", что переезжает из Вьетнама в Москву, - теперь их штаб-квартира будет находиться в России. Руководить компанией во Вьетнаме в качестве заместителя генерального директора будет Туан Ань.
"Я перееду в Москву и сосредоточусь на стратегических вопросах, развитии бизнеса, партнерских отношениях и помогу компании стать еще больше", - рассказал Лавренко в письме (есть в редакции "Роем!") своим сотрудникам.

Hi everyone!
My personal mission here was to bring into this beautiful country huge capital, technology, skilled people, to create jobs, build a sustainable profitable business by helping users and advertisers thus helping the Internet economy of Vietnam to grow and prosper.
We made it.
We raised more than $30M equity capital and the total budget so far is more than $55M; we brought here search and browser technology; total more than a hundred expats came here and taught and inspired many local software engineers, we already created 500 jobs and I hope gonna create 5000 in the next 5 years; 25 million browser and search users buy goods worth more than $1B a year, which is enough to build a profitable sustainable business around our mission so that we have total more than 20’000 customers who paid us total more than $25M in advertising revenues, and whom we helped to significantly improve their business.
Therefore, my mission in Vietnam is over. I will move to Moscow and focus on strategic issues, business development, partnerships and helping the company grow even more, while letting the local people to grow up and lead this great company into prosperity.
I want to say big thanks to Misha Frolkin, who provided so much capital and inspiration, to Vitaly Lazorin, who despite all my mistakes helped to instill trust between me and Misha, Gosha, without whom this relationship would have never had started, Thanh and Binh who just started all this, Misha Kostin, without whom search would have been a crazy hallucination, Vova Chernyshov, who helped make the business out of the crazy startup, Evgeny and Hubert Burda, who generously supported us when we had financial troubles, and all the people who helped to make this dream come true — you know who you are and I know and remember all of you.
When I’m in Moscow, Tuan Anh will run the company as a Deputy CEO. His job will be to further improve the mission of helping the users and advertisers thus make the vision about building the number one profitable company that works towards prosperity of all the Vietnamese people still be true. On all the executive-level questions please revert to him and I’m ready to help whenever you need it.

Хедхантинг у Кок-кока и так был, работать на Вьетнамском рынке — прикольно, многие кто там был — вполне себе граждане мира, хотят работают во Вьетнаме, хотят — в России. Да и в других странах тоже.

в какое «вполне себе», грамотей? Вбросили вам этот лингвовирус, порыпались резистентные, потом таки впихнули это «себе» в русский язык.
Даже типо сделали какбы пароль «свой чужой».
Еще типо редактор, какбы должен бдить и тому подобное. Это даже не бобруйский, это вас, лохов полуграмотных, просто развела группа шутников. А планктон и понес себе себе себе. Какое тебе вполне себе, грамотей?

Это так. Виктор сам по себе, но школа была хорошая, во всех смыслах.
Иногда хочу подобный проект сделать, а то в IT-шной России Азию до сих пор недооценивают.
